Board created for 2011 Rugby World Cup (Sydney Morning Herald)

A four-man board has been established to start initial planning for the 2011 Rugby World Cup (RWC). The Establishment Board is the brainchild of the New Zealand Rugby Union (NZRU) and the Government and will oversee preparations and planning until a permanent organising body is created in 2006.
